John's nephew, Jeremy Landry has confirmed that our dear classmate has passed in January of 2013. He is going to contact his mother, John's sister to see if she has the obituary information.  This will be posted if found. 

One of his friends alerted me to his death and wanted to pass on some memorable thoughts...

He was Avery kind person, soft spoken, and well liked by his friends. He was very artistic and loved music.  He once slept out out in the snow at the k92 radio station to get tickets to see The Rolling Stones first last World Tour in 82 or 83. He had an avid love for music of all different genres. Most of his friends knew him as JB. He was a wonderful artist! We went to several art museums together in New York City. He attended Virginia Western Community College and we both moved to Richmond where he attended VCU( Virginia Commonwealth University. I know at one time he was employed by an art museum in DC.
